It's Fall Y'all!

Yes, I said Y'all!  I'm from Texas, and it's just part of our vocabulary!  FINALLY we have had the best weather here in the very deep south.  50s and 60s in the morning and evenings, and low 80s during the day.  Just gorgeous!  As I mentioned in my last post, I have already decorated for fall.  Slowly, but surely adding new things around the house here and there.  Other than Christmas, this is my favorite time of year.  It just makes me happy, warm, and excited for the upcoming holidays!

Welcome to my home!

I made this wreath a couple of weeks ago, and love how it turned out.
It just warms up the front door of our house!

This is another view of our entry table.
One thing I tried to do this year was use what everyday decorations I had, and add a little fall touch to them.

I added a little fall ribbon and leaves to this simple candle lamp that was already on my entry table.

On my dining room table I added a fall runner to add a little brown to my already very orange room.  I love the color of my walls in my kitchen and dining.  I will probably use them again when we build.  It also goes well with fall!

I already had this candle on my table, so I just put on a few fall flowers, pumpkin, and ribbon to decorate it.

I hung this on my door in the past until I made the wreath, so now I hang it on my china cabinet.
I love these scarecrows because they remind me of my three little girls, and what a blessing they are!

In my kitchen I put a little fall decoration on my glass utensil holder.  I think I will do the same for Christmas!

Pumpkin container to hold my coffee goodies!
Throughout my house I just added little touches of fall here and there.  With simple decorations including leaves and fall flowers.

I hope you enjoyed a little peek into my home!
I also hope everyone is enjoying this wonderful time of year when the season changes.
Happy fall everyone!
